Directions from I-95 Northbound: Take Exit 7, go through the light at the bottom of the ramp (Greenwich St.). At the next light, turn right (south) onto Washington Boulevard. Proceed for approximately 1/2 mile to the stop sign at the end of Washington Blvd. Turn left and immediately (10 yards) right onto Dyke Lane. At the first opportunity (about .2 miles) turn right onto the access road for the Brewer Yacht Haven Marina. After crossing over the dyke, turn left into the marina. The Z Sails loft is on the left, 50 yards beyond the guard house.
Directions from I-95 Southbound: Take Exit 7, go through the light at the bottom of the ramp (Greyrock Pl.). Proceed through the light at Atlantic Street (stay right to avoid the I-95 on ramp). Pass through the light for the railroad station cross walk and turn left (south) onto Washington Blvd and proceed as per instructions above.
